Evidence, not extrapolation
Human evidence remains extremely limited. Most claims for tendon repair, gut healing, nerve recovery and systemic regeneration come from animal or laboratory research.

The biology is interesting. The certainty is not. BPC-157 belongs in an evidence library precisely because people should be able to see the gap between preclinical promise and demonstrated human benefit.
